第14回サイバーフォーミュラWGPX。その最終戦でハヤトの指示にアスラーダが異を唱えたのが発端となり、違うマシンに興味を抱いたハヤトは新シャーシの完成を待つこともなくガーランドで15回大会に挑む決意をする。 15回大会は開幕から大波乱を巻き起こした。新条を解雇し今日子を副社長に格下げしたアオイが、新オーナーに名雲京志郎を、新ドライバーにフィル・フリッツを起用。そして謎のニューマシン『アルザード』で超人的なタイムを叩き出したのだ。その速さに焦りを感じるライバルチームをよそに、次々と優勝をさらうアルザード。 誰も寄せ付けないその驚異のスペックに、ハヤトさえまともに勝負できず自暴自棄になる。しかしアメリカでストックカーをしていた新条の言葉に目を覚まされ、謙虚にアルザードに挑もうと決意した。。In the futuristic city of Vanille, with properly tuned ImmerSyst Eyes & Ears the world can look and sound like a paradise.
