人类的手机中，存在着一个表情包的世界，但是突然有一天，一位从未知世界降临的电磁王准备毁灭整个表情包，贴吧表情包网红滑稽联合自己的朋友神烦狗，展开了一段拯救表情包世界的冒险旅程。。盗版影碟贩子扎法曾是一名电影临时演员，因为妻子要和他离婚，扎法决定放弃这份不合法的工作，转而去和他的老搭档拍一部名叫《巅峰-恶魔的覆灭》的电影，这是一部在1977年搁浅的科幻片。一场和他的菜鸟搭档别开生面，滑稽搞笑又不失煽情的拍摄历程由此开始了。。Two dysfunctional couples rent a modern luxury desert home for the weekend hoping to sort out their messed-up lives.
