Shannon和Annie是同父异母的姐妹，她们的父亲死时留下一笔遗产给她们，Shannon俩夫妇去台北找Annie，但是Annie对遗产没有兴趣。她自己刚刚开了一间计算机公司，其间她邂逅了Henry，Henry正涉入了一个神秘的谋杀案中——有人想杀Annie和其助理Chilli，Chilli请了Bill保护Annie的母亲……。Now Rita is no longer bound by state school rules and bureaucracy, so she can design her very own school from scratch and finally shape it to her own ideals.
