本作は1960年代前半の東京を舞台に、まだ何者でもない“少年ルパン”が高度経済成長期の日本を駆け巡るオリジナルストーリー。アニメーションでルパンの少年期が描かれるのは今回が初めてだ。原作者のモンキー・パンチが描いた少年期（ジャリルパン）からヒントを得る形で、13歳の中学生がいかにして大泥棒ルパン三世となったのかという始まりの物語が全6話で紡がれる。。Joseph and Brenda have done what many only dream of and retired to the South of France to live out the rest of their days as if they were permanently on holiday. But retirement is not what Joseph imagined, and when he meets a young, attractive woman, Suzanne, everything he thought he knew about himself and his world is turned upside down.。
