乡村小子玉（温兆伦）、宝（陶大宇）及波（郑敬基）一起成长，成莫逆之交，对於村内事，常作不平鸣，惹来不少是非。 三人对村长之女乔（刘美娟），十分倾慕，追求过程中几乎弄至兄弟反目。后来玉得母亲（白茵）帮助，终於夺得乔的芳心；势利的村长关照（谭炳文），见乔只锺情於玉，无奈将女儿下嫁给他。 玉因为开罪了神棍，被落降头，不能结婚，否则会惹上灭门之祸。为了不想连累乔，玉只有远走他方。途中遇上飞虎寨寨主女儿虫虫（陈敏儿）及大军阀之女珠（刘小慧）二人对玉情深款款，而玉亦对她们一往情深。最后，更出现三女争夫的情况，此时玉之降头又再次灵验。在爱情与生命两者当中，玉会如何抉择？。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success.
