เป็นเรื่องราวหลังจาก ที่ผีนางนากแห่งทุ่งพระโขนง โดนสมเด็จโตปราบและได้นำปั้นเหน่งของนางนากไปบำเพ็ญเพียรกับพระมาก ทุ่งพระโขนงจึงกลับมามีความสงบสุข 10 ปีต่อมามีผีเด็กอาละวาดทำร้ายคนในทุ่งพระโขนงอีกครั้ง ชาวบ้านหวาดผวาว่าเป็นฝีมือของ ไอ้แดง ลูกของนางนากที่สมเด็จโตไม่ได้นำร่างไปบำเพ็ญเพียรด้วย ทำให้ชาวบ้านทุ่งพระโขนงหวาดผวาและหาทางที่จะทำให้หมู่บ้านกลับมาสงบสุขให้ได้。Instead of chasing boys on the beach with her friends, recent college grad Dora finds herself caring for her reclusive Great Aunt in snowy upstate New York.
