《饿虎狂龙》的故事发生在20年代的上海，当时日本人正在逐步实施蚕食中国的阴谋并派遣一个号称“富士山饿虎”的高手（仓田保昭）来到中国上海进行破坏活动，陈星扮演一个外号叫“华北狂龙”的侦缉队长之类的角色，在片中带领得力助手（黄元申）与日本间谍展开连场厮杀……。John Ellman (Boris Karloff) has been framed for murder by a gang of racketeers. He is unfairly tried and despite the fact that his innocence has been proven, he is sent to the electric chair and executed. Dr. Evan Beaumont (Edmund Gwenn) retrieves his dead body and revives it, as part of his experiments to reanimate a dead body and discover what happens to the soul after death....。
